Setter Ceo Bi-phase hydrating and illuminating setting spray, refreshes the face and helps make-up last longer. This setting, refreshing and illuminating spray features an oil-enriched, bi-phase formula, which mixes together to hydrate and refresh the face. Pink pearls are added to the product to give the complexion a radiant appearance. The product's setting and film-forming ingredients set make-up while almond oil hydrates the skin.
