Primer in wax form which is used to create an adhesive base on the eyelids, helping glitters, pigments or eye tones to stick better and stay longer without falling off. It also provides a smooth surface for makeup application.

Apply a small amount of wax primer to clean, dry eyelids and spread. Let it sit for a few seconds, then press sparkles or solid tones over the primer for better adhesion and long-lasting wear.
