Liquid Soul Matt is a pigment with a detailed, matte texture that is free to apply and perfect as a base. They can also be for contouring, blush or lips.

Apply a small amount of liquid pigment to the tip of your finger or brush and spread on areas such as cheekbones, cheekbones, lips and any other area that may seem appropriate. Increase the intensity by layering more pigment as needed.
