Apply the EYE, BRO! pencil using small, light strokes, following the natural direction of the brow hairs. The fine tip is ideal for defining the shape, filling in sparse areas, and creating hair-like strokes.
When used together with BROW CEO, apply BROW CEO first, followed by the pencil. When used with EYE, BROW! Tinted Eyebrow Gel, the order of application does not matter.
