Start by washing your hair with the smoothing shampoo and rinsing thoroughly. Gently squeeze out excess water with a towel, leaving your hair slightly damp. Take an appropriate amount of mask based on your hair length and thickness, then evenly distribute it between your hands. Apply the mask from mid-lengths to ends, focusing on the most damaged or dry areas. Use your fingers or a comb to ensure even distribution. Gently massage the mask into your hair and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. For an intensive treatment, leave it on longer. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until all traces of the mask are removed.
