How to Use:
Use the professional angled brow brush 101 to pick up the cream and apply it with light and upward strokes, starting at the lower part of the brow and drawing upwards. Begin at the base of the nose and move towards the tail of the brow. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired result. Finish by brushing through with the transparent volumizing fixer.

Texture - Formula:
